MCH IS UNIQUELY POSITIONED TO LEAD IN TRANSITION SUPPORT
For almost twenty years, MCH has helped young adults ages 18 to 26 successfully transition into adulthood through programs that emphasize education, employment and life skills. Our trauma-informed, relationship-based model is what sets MCH apart. Staff mentors provide guidance in budgeting, time management, household care and emotional well-being, helping residents gain confidence and thrive on their own.

A VISION FOR INDEPENDENCE AND LIFELONG PROMISE
The new Independent Living Residence will bridge that gap by providing a home, a community, and a foundation for lifelong stability. This support will help increase graduation and employment rates among residents while reducing homelessness and re-entry into crisis systems. It will also foster lifelong community and relational health rooted in faith and personal growth.
